sending a chair fully assembled would put the price of freight you have to pay up massively. that is why almost all goods are flat packed now.

I bought this chair.
After that I got a call to say it had a slight fault, but that anyone half handy would be able to fix it, so I accepted that, but was a bit dissapointed that it didnt state that in the description in the first place.
Then it arrived, in pieces. I didnt realise that I would have to assemble it.
And now it doesnt go together anyway because the hole in the base is smaller than the whole in the hydrolic lift section!
Do you have a solution?

this is the first time anyone has raised an issue like this. it could be a slight change in design. please send photo's of the pump not connecting, i do not know exactly what the problem is. until i see photos i cannot determine the best option for you.
