Hi, thank you for your email. we are an online store, with full add to cart facilities. most people simply order online and we ship orders within 1 to 3 days. we do our best to man the phones, however our prices are geared for online orders, we are not a retailer. alice was on the phone most of the day, as such many orders would go straight to message bank. we received an email from someone stating that they had a quote from our company for two shampoo basins for about $700. this was for a basin that is normally $749.95 for one. we thought they were a scam, as the price they requested was absurd. this person could not provide details of a deposit, or a valid written quote, and it did not appear genuine. we always suggest to people asking for quotes that they order with a deposit, as we sell out of items often. the particular basin they were after is sold out in black. if it is the person we think, the quote was requested in July last year, which was plenty of time to put down a deposit to make sure the item ordered was in stock. we have suggested alternative basins, and there is an option of two ariels, which need the porcelain basin attached. best wishes, andrew@allsalonsupplies.com.au
